President
Mitch Paskover, President of Continental Partners, has over fifteen years of experience in commercial real estate finance and has successfully executed well over $4 billion in transactions. He focuses on all major commercial product types including: multifamily, office, industrial, retail and hospitality. Past placements include permanent, bridge, mezzanine and construction financings, as well as, structuring successful joint ventures. He approaches each transaction with integrity, creativity and a willingness to fight for his clients.
Mr. Paskover originates debt and equity transactions for his client base across the country while managing the day-to-day operations of Continental Partners’ Los Angeles office. His recruitment and deployment of new team members while ensuring effective implementation of the company’s core values has been instrumental to the success of the firm.
Prior to founding Continental Partners, Mr. Paskover was a Managing Director in the Los Angeles office of HFF (Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, L.P.) where he was a top producer at HFF before leaving to start Continental Partners. Prior to HFF, Mr. Paskover worked at Prudential Financial in its Los Angeles office where he was in charge of underwriting and originating commercial real estate loans.
Mr. Paskover graduated from the University of Southern California where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance. He is a licensed California real estate broker.
