Brian Asheghian
Managing Director
Brian Asheghian, Managing Director at Continental Partners, is responsible for originating, negotiating and closing loan transactions, ranging from permanent, bridge, construction and mezzanine financing with agency, bank, CMBS, life company, hard money, and SBA execution routes.
Prior to joining Continental Partners, in April of 2016 Brian was a senior analyst and loan originator at Marcus & Millichap. As a loan originator, he was responsible for generating leads and maintaining an active database by cold calling 300+ multifamily owners a week to discuss potential financing options. He would gather and review various required due diligence documents to facilitate loan closings. As the senior analyst, he performed financial modeling analysis across all asset classes nationwide, focusing on loan sizes of $10 to $100 million. In January 2014, Brian began his career at George Smith Partners where he worked as an analyst and collaborated with the Senior Vice President to close over 30 transactions.
In his free time, Brian spends time with family and friends. He is an avid Los Angeles Lakers and Rams fan. He recently joined Jewish Big Brother Big Sisters of Los Angeles, where he spends time with his younger brother to create an impactful relationship that supports positive development.
Brian graduated from Boston University in 2013 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance. Brian is a licensed Real Estate salesperson in the state of California.
